1. Public Forum:

2. Position reports:

A. Chair (Sean Fitzpatrick): Lee up for selling tickets at ACM. Pokey is reaching out to TT Pizza for ACM pizza. I reached out to Team Dirt and BRMBA. I bought some of Jeff's merch. I bought an adult hoodie, teal hoodie, and evolution front sided.

B. Vice Chair (Austin Larson): I need to be set on dates for hauling the trailer to events. Sunday the 18th at 10am is when UO Outdoor Program is coming to do trail work at Whypass. Tentative 10-1, then lunch and ride. My plan for ACM - firewood haul the day before, go home, and come back with the DOD trailer to drop it off for ACM. OMBC meetings aren't happening anymore - Adam Steffen may not be coming to our meetings anymore due to this.

C. Treasurer (Chantal Angot): Meeting at Arable on Weds at 4pm with Peter O and James W. We have over 200 dues paying members now. Dues bring in over $6k per year. Expenses are about $5k, not including trail expansions. Have have over $26k in our account. Our income comes from 25% dues, 42% donations, 30% ACM, 3% MBO. Trail building is 45% of expenses, admin is 30%, programs 11%, Barbie Camp 6%, Happy Rides 3%.

D. Secretary (Jeff Green): Klink may want a tent at ACM. DOD store is live - please preview before broadcasting. I'll text Justin about the grand prize. I'll get our OLCC permit through CAMP.

E. Trail Work (Vacant):

F. PR/Marketing (Ben Hansen): Dennis SY/NICA is asking for two tents at ACM - a warming tent. Chantal: They could host the cocoa station. I'll let them have the spots and run the cocoa station. Burley is going to donate a trailer for raffle - $600 prize. A downhill racing apparel person asked if they could set up a tent - out of Portland. Also the guy who makes 80's style bags for bikes wants to attend. I'll update the Google calendar and FB events. I'll also reach out to the public to see if anyone has things to donate for the raffle. Tom Lyons' footage - let's not share the trail building video without cutting it down for time, but we could share the ACM video. I'll release Instagram post on trailwork day. Ben to do the volunteer sign up sheet.

G. Rides/Events (Brian Peais): My job will be changing and my schedule will be changing. I'll be doing Weds - Saturday work. Not sure when it's going to start. ACM: People camping should be out of the parking lot by 7am. Blackstone Stitchworks, Great Harvest, Eugene Composite, Klink, MBO, Team Dirt, BRMBA, to be at the event, and others.
