Three miles south of the town of Sisters, OR... Large dispersed campsite on the east bank of Whychus Creek. Peterson Ridge trail network lies across the road from camp. The Peterson network is forever expanding; I believe it includes over 30 miles of sweet singletrack now...

There will be a keg of Ninkasi on hand... BYO cup. Oh, plus a warm sleeping bag.

Please RSVP if you plan to—or think you might—attend.

Don't miss it if you can!

More info:

It's a disbursed campsite so there's nothing there -- no picnic tables, no running water, no permanent bathrooms, nothing but dirt & pines & beauty & serenity & the fun that everyone brings. DOD has arranged for a portapotty plus we'll build big bonfires in the evenings but you're on your own to bring everything else, from shelter to drinking water to a table. Don't forget there's a potluck on Saturday evening, if everyone brings enough food to cover the number of people in their immediate camping group (to share with the entire crowd), then there will be enough to go around. It always works out because many people cook for more than just the number in their camp group, and the food is often amazingly good.

Rides are whatever you like. There will be those that want to hammer, those that want an intermediate experience and those that want to take it easy -- and a variety of ride groups. The 30+ mile Peterson Ridge singletrack network is adjacent to camp and is singlespeed friendly. Rides begin around 10am.

The town of Sisters is 3.2 miles away so if you forget anything you can easily run into town to buy it.

It'll get cold at night, below freezing so prepare for this.
